D&D CI3500 are the heavy duty answer to the CI3000. They will hold up to 50% more weight than the CI3000 - that's a maximum gate weight of 2000lbs., or 1 ton, whichever you prefer. They have a load rating of 3000lbs. and are weld-on hinges, further ensuring your gate is going nowhere without a great deal of effort.
High-temperature sealed bearings require no greasing or oiling. Being sealed so tightly makes them maintenance free. It also means they can be powder coated while installed on a gate and still function as intended!
