D&D hinges are produced with the industry's first high-temperature sealed bearings. Because the bearings are sealed, they are maintenance-free, and can even be installed on a gate before powder coating. Zinc electroplating protects against rust and corrosion. CI3050 hinges are designed to open 180º, and have been tested to over 1 million open/close cycles.
