D&D CI3000 are the original BadAss hinges. These weld-on hinges will hold a maximum gate weight of 1000lbs., and they have a 2000lbs. load rating.
High-temperature sealed bearings require no greasing or oiling. Being sealed so tightly makes them maintenance free. It also means they can be powder coated while installed on a gate and still function as intended!
